  "Nobee greatly improved my Boston apartment search experience! Through the Nobee app, you can easily schedule tours quickly without having to frantically email back and forth with a broker; this is a great feature, especially since the competitive Boston rental market necessitates moving quickly with tours. The app also sent me notifications whenever a new unit that fit my criteria was put on the market, which was another feature that allowed me to act quickly. After weeks of tours and rental applications that didn't go through using other rental agencies, finding Nobee was a godsend. I worked with Tom to tour apartments and ultimately sign a lease. Tom is very helpful, kind, and communicative and was able to answer any questions or concerns I had in a very timely manner. He was quick to advocate for us to prospective landlords. I cannot recommend him enough! On top of this, Nobee offers a discounted broker's fee; it was great to save some money as almost every rental agency I've seen charges a full month's rent as the broker's fee. Will definitely try using Nobee again for future apartment searches!"

  "We had a great experience with Nobee, mostly because of the convenience! Requesting tours online was really easy and I was able to schedule a bunch back to back on the same day, without dealing with the back and forth of emailing/calling multiple agents. Once we found an apartment we wanted, Pranay was very helpful throughout the application process. At first, we were a little caught off guard by the Nobee fee when making the deposit, but after adding it up, these fees were a couple hundred dollars less than we would have paid for a typical 1 month broker fee. I would definitely recommend using Nobee to those trying to rent in the crazy Boston renting market."
